The fort is a living testimony where the Hindu and Mughal architectural styles have merged. Amer fort is located in Amer, 11 kilometres (6.8 mi) from Jaipur. It is one of the principal tourist attractions in the Jaipur area, located high on a hill. The ancient citadel, the capital of the ruling Kachhawa clan of Amer from 1037 to 1727 AD, was shifted to present day Jaipur in 1727., blending both Hindu and Mughal elements. The fort with its large ramparts, series of gates and cobbled paths, overlooks the Maota Lake, at its forefront.

Day 1 : After Breakfast visit to the fabled Pink City, the Jaipur of old, Drive through the Johari Bazaar to the Hawa Mahal. Pay a visit to the Govind Deoji Temple, housing the patron deity of Jaipur. Evening free for shopping, etc. Day 2 : Proceed for Bikaner after breakfast through Fatehpur. Visit Deshnok Temple ar Camel-breeding just before Bikaner. Day 3 : See the fabulous Junagarh Fort & La1 Palace and proceed for Jaisalmer. Have lunch on the way. DAY 4 : Visit Jaisalmer Fort & Museum after breakfast. Also see the Jain Temple. 

Take a walk through the back streets to the Patwon ki Haveli & Kothari Haveli. After lunch proceed to Kuidhera - an abandoned habitation and then to Sam Sand Dunes. Day5 : After early breakfast, leave for Jodhpur, the Sun City, via Pokhran. Lunch can be had at Pokhran and reach Jodhpur latest by 3 PM. Visit Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada and Umeed Bhawan. Visit the Delwara Temples and Brahmakumari Ashrams in the morning and the Nakki Lake in the evening. Day 6 : Depart for Udaipur. After lunch, half day sightseeing of Udaipur, covering the City Palace, Saheliyon Ki Badi and the Lake. Excursions to Haldighati, Nathdwara, Eklingji & Sahastrabahu Temples. Day 7 : Depart for Chittorgarh. After lunch, visit the Chittorgarh Fort. DAY 8 : After early breakfast, leave for Ajmer. 

Visit the Dargah and proceed for Pushkar. After lunch, visit the Brahma Temple, the Holy Lake & Rose Farms. Day 9 : Next day we come back Jaipur and Visit to Albert Hall Museum & Birla Temple, Sanganer / Bagru (Small towns near Jaipur known for traditional block printing work). DAY 10 : After breakfast, leave for Agra and on the way visit Fatehpur Sikri and over night at Agra DAY 11 : On the last day of the trip, visit the Taj Mahal an Agra fort and in the afternoon drive to Jaipur.
